UCO Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Bank for the 4th quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 and to recommend final dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
