To consider and approve the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. 2. To recommend payment of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
