Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider: 1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 (Q1); and 2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 - Trading window closure The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on June 26, 2015 and the trading window will open on July 24, 2015. - Investors call The Company will hold investor/analyst calls on July 21, 2015. During such calls, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2015. Details of the calls will be published on the Company’s website in due course.
