Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results on Standalone basis and Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review) on Consolidated basis of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 (Q1). Further, as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the trading window will remain closed between July 01, 2015 to July 29, 2015 (Board Meeting for, inter alia, considering above results being held on July 27, 2015).
