Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the provisions of the Companys Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons (Directors, KMP, Promoters and other employees) covered under the Code with effect from October 17, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive).
