Further, the notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from September 10, 2015 to October 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
