Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on October 26, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from September 10, 2015 to October 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
