Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2) (with limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company). Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel from October 19, 2015 till October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
