Vesuvius India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading of the Companys Securities by Insiders prepared in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the stock exchanges, the Directors, Employees, Share Registrars, Auditors and others considered as “Insider” have been informed that the Trading Window for trading in the Companys securities shall remain closed for the period from September 25, 2015 to November 10, 2015 since the Quarterly Financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 will be finalised during this period and declared at the next Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015.
