Vedanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 13, 2015 to October 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the specified persons defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results as above, in terms of the Company’s Insider Trading Prohibition Policy.
