Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2015, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2). For the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from September 26, 2015 to October 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
