Goldstone Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Goldstone Infratech Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from November 11, 2015 to November 17, 2015.
