Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 02, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
