Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting for considering / approving the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2015 will be held on November 10, 2015. In view of this, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 31, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of un audited financial results is made.
