Sword & Shield Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve & take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 as per Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons from November 03, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
