Jamshri Ranjitsinghji Spinning & Weaving Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further the “Trading window” for dealing / trading in securities of the Company by insider, shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 till the completion of 2(Two) working days after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2 quarter and half year ended September 30,2015 on November 09, 2015(both days inclusive). Accordingly all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors of the Company) have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of “Trading Window”.
