KSS Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/officers and designated Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from November 03, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the September quarter results to the public in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015.
