Welspun Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone as well as the consolidated un-audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter and the half-year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from November 7, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
