Vippy Spinpro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading Window of the Company, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Re|ulations,2015, stands closed with immediate effect and it shall remain closed till November 17, 2015, in view of Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose.
