Nutraplus India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on November 10, 2015 to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from, November 03, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
