Rapid Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended November September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from November 02, 2015 to November 13, 2015.
