Swan Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from November 05, 2015 and would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2015 to be declared on November 10, 2015.
