Accel Transmatic Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 and re-open on November 16, 2015 in accordance with dealing in the securities of the Company as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
