Pasupati Acrylon Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Reviewed) for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (“the Code”) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from October 16, 2015 upto 48 hours after Public Announcement of Unaudited Financial Results (Reviewed) for the quarter / half year ending September 30, 2015.
