Terai Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company for Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and Half year ended September 20, 2015 will be held on November 14, 2015. Further, in connection with the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on November 14, 2015, where the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2015 will be placed before the Board for consideration and approval. The “Trading Window” as defined in the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed on and from November 10, 2015 and shall reopen after expiry of 24 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial information.
