Entegra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Employees during the period from November 05, 2015 to November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015 for considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
