Avantel Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter-alia to consider and approve the statement of Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015. Further in terms of provisions of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company is closed from November 05, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2015.
