Kkalpana Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from November 10, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for publication of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2015.
