Tantia Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Please also note that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 as amended from time to time, and pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange(s), Trading Window for dealing in the Companys Shares will remain closed from November 03, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of aforesaid Board Meeting.
