Hydro S & S Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board o Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, to inter-alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for September 30, 2015. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and others from November 04, 2015 and shall remain closed upto November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
