Rajkumar Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia to consider and take on record un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30,2015. Pursuant to Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, further note that the trading window for equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors ,key managerial persons, designated persons and connected persons from November 04, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall open for trading on November 11, 2015.
