Indian Sucrose Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2015. The Trading Window shall remain closed from November 10, 2015 to November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2015 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
