Indo-Global Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company, for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 . Pursuant to this, trading window of the Company will be closed since November 04, 2015 till 48 hours after the results are made public as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
