Samruddhi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, will consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 15, 2015 for all the Directors and Designated Employees.
