To consider unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. 2. To consider half yearly results and Disclosure of Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Companys internal code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
