Dynamic Microsteppers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and half year ended September, 2015 together with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from November 09, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
