Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window of the Company, which was closed on September 23, 2015 i.e. 7 days prior to financial period which was ended on September 30, 2015 will open on November 16, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after publication of the financial results for that financial period.
