Vikalp Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, employees, and designated persons and other concerned connected persons of the Company from November 04, 2015 to November 18, 2015 (Both Days are Inclusive).
