Tentiwal Wire Products Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2015, to consider, approve and to take on record Un-Audited Financial Results for the first half-year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, In accordance with the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company in accordance of the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from November 06, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours after the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 are approved by the Board and made public.
