Roopa Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following: - The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. As per Roopa Industries Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from November 10, 2015 to November 16, 2015 for the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
