Datamatics Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in compliance with the Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading (“Code of Fair Disclosure”) formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, from November 06, 2015. The trading window shall reopen on November 16, 2015 for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
