Urja Global Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, will take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close with immediate effect till November 09, 2015 (i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public) for all the Directors and designated employees.
