Ardi Investments & Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the directors will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To consider and take on record un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window, as described in "Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading" of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from October 28, 2015 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the unaudited financial results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the listing agreement.
