Calcom Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, for the above mentioned purpose the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company, would be closed from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive), pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
