RattanIndia Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed and it shall be opened 48 hours after the results have been communicated to the Exchanges.
