Wellness Noni Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 09, 2015 to November 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the code of conduct of the Company under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
