Pearl Agriculture Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the employees / directors of the Company for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from November 05, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
