Ventura Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2015 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from November 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
