Bhushan Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, for the following purpose: - To consider and approve Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window will remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate monitor and Report Trading by insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
