ADCC Infocad Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following agenda items: - To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ended September 30, 2015 along with limited review report of Auditors. Further, in terms of provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain close from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (Both Days Inclusive) for all the Designated Employees, KMP and Directors of the Company for the purpose of record and approval of Half Yearly Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2015.
